Cancellation Policy / No Show Policy
Queen Fetish provides a refund request form for refunds due to cancellations or no show to notify of a discontinuation or or cancellation of not performing after the dancers hae been booked. The form requires personal information and a copy of the original receipt.
1. Cancellation/No Show Policy on behalf of the party | event
If dancers are booked and the party | event does not cancel at
least 48 hours in advance, you will not be refunded.
2. Scheduled Booking and no show on behalf of dancers:
If dancer(s)are booked and a no show occurs the client will receive full refund within 15 days after the event by mail, cash app, bank wire transfer by filling out the No Show form below.
- Event cancellations
If an event is canceled within one week of booking, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used when the tickets were purchased. No action is required by the ticket holder. If after one week of booking and a party | event decides to cancel a percentage of fees will be refunded.
Return Policy on all products
- Returns
We allow returns to be made 5 calendar days after you have made your purchase if you are not content with your purchase. The max refund amount we will accept a return for is a $150 total order value. Items must be shipped back in brand new (unopened) condition and the shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer for these returns. Please keep in mind, there is a 30% restocking fee for returns. If an item is defected or damaged, we will replace the item at our cost without a restocking fee. Please do not attempt to return without contacting Queen Fetish first at info@queenfetish.com, SUBJECT: RETURN. Returns for unwanted items or items that do not sell are not allowed so please ensure you want the product you are purchasing as all sales are final. If product has been used please do not return the item. There is no refunds or returns on used , opened packaging.
Damaged Items
All items shipped from our Las Vegas location are found to be in perfect condition with the retail packaging in a good presentable condition as well. If you receive an item from us that is not in the above-mentioned condition, you must contact us within 2 days of your receipt to ensure a remedy is provided in a timely manner.
